JSM Property Management provides a range of services designed for the executive or corporate renter in mind. Our custom package quoting process identifies specific individual or corporate needs and tailors a complete package to meet those needs. Flexible Stays
Flexible short-term (minimum 6 months) and long-term rental options are available
If your employer is sending you to Canberra for a fixed term that isn't exactly 6 or 12 months, complete the custom dates on our quote form to cater to your exact duration needs
Utilities
Utilities (electricity, gas and excess water) can be included in the rental charge or provided as pass-through invoices
If your employer requires you to pay for utilities as a pass-through expense claim, simply specify this on your quote request and we will adjust the rental charge and provide pass-through invoices for all utilities instead
Broadband
All apartments come standard as NBN fibre broadband ready. Unlimited NBN can be included in the rental charge or provided as pass-through invoices
Included NBN services are provided on the iiNet network
Credit Card Payment
We accept direct bank deposit and credit cards for rent payments and related expenses
Credit card payments carry a 2% surcharge
Cheques are not accepted
Housekeeping
A weekly cleaning service can be optionally added to your rental charge
The cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, toilet and kitchen cleaning, changing bed sheets, folding laundry, some ironing and top-up of some consumables
